LAW STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS:

Each year, BWEL foundation awards two (2) Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) scholarships to currently matriculated law students. To qualify for a scholarship, the applicant must be a woman of color enrolled in law school on a full-time or part-time basis, have completed at least one (1) full semester of law school, have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5, and be in good academic standing at the time of the application (no form of probation).

Interested students are required to submit an answer to the essay question posed on the application, along with a completed application, copy of your resume and an official copy of your law school transcript.

The scholarship application packet and ALL application materials must be submitted to BWEL at the following address and postmarked on or before April 9, 2012.

BAR STUDY GRANTS:

Each semester, BWEL foundation awards two (2) One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollar ($1,250) bar study grants for students who are sitting for the then-current bar exam.

The grant application packet and ALL application materials must be submitted to BWEL at the following address and postmarked on or before [Date TBA].
